TAX – Multiple taxation is the bane of business growth and development in Ogun State. The multiplicity of taxes and levies has significant implications for small and medium scale enterprises and intending investors as it negates the ease of doing business in the state. This arbitrariness should be a of serious concern to any responsible government.

On the other hand, Ikenne Local Government is a high tax generating areas yet the LG has suffered total neglect in the last 7 years. No single public facility is up to standard.

For taxes we pay, we deserve a better life.

MY TARGETS

I will strive to advocate through bills and motions that
1 . Various tax nets should be harmonised to enhance principle of convenience for the people.
2 . Tax revenue should be optimised and well utilised to the benefit of the citizenry culminating in the provision of basic social facilities in Ikenne LG.

To execute and validate this,
