Saraki’s Consultation Visit to Ogun State
Dr Bukola Saraki, the Nigerian Senate President and 2019 Presidential aspirant under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was in Ogun State on September 17, 2018, to consult with the Ogun State Executive Officers, delegates and stakeholders who will be participating in the forthcoming PDP Presidential primary slated for October 5 & 6, 2018, at Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
On hand to receive Dr Saraki were Hon Sikirulai Ogundele, Ogun PDP State Chairman, Hon (Dr) Ladi Adebutu, Chairman, House Committee on Rural Development and Ogun State 2019 PDP gubernatorial hopeful, Chief Kolapo Ogunjobi, Hon Waliu Taiwo, DG, Ladi Adebutu Campaign Organisation, Hon Tolu Bankole, State Secretary of PDP, Hon Kayode Adebayo, Ogun East Senatorial Chairman, Dr Francis Banwo, Alhaja Mujidhat Ogunnaike, Alhaji Ismaila Odejimi, Ogun Central Senatorial Chairman.
Others were Chief (Mrs) Iyabo Apampa, Chairman, PDP Apex Committee, Chief (Mrs) Salmot Badru, former Ogun State Deputy Governor, Hon Owoseye Sonuga, Senior Legislative Aide to Hon Adebutu, Rt Hon Yemi Coker, former Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Mr Owolabi Kola Balogun, Chief Laide Odusanya, Chief Ibukun Ojosipe, Ogun State PDP Vice Chairman, Local Governments party chairmen and others numerous to mention.
On Saraki’s entourage included Senator Dino Melaye, Chief Doyin Okupe, Senator Baraje, among others.
